The worst day of my life started today When I woke up to a phone ringing From a person I didn't know just wanting to say hey He was drunk, and he started singing! I was in class today... a speech making class and we have to write two speeches. An imformative one and a persuasive one. And our teacher also has us write responses to certain topics... today's was the American Dream. It's changed a lot over the years. Before, it was to make it in this world. Have a roof over our heads, food in our bellies, a family. Today, that doesn't seem enough anymore. We would rather fight for the top dollar than be grateful for the things we have. Yes, before money was involved and it was important, but it wasn't everything. Whatever you believe, at some point in todays world you need money and I hate that's what life
